30r20 75% 7,842m 1:54.7 I tend to push hr higher in morning sessions so although the pace is a tad slower than the last one, that was done in the evening. What is annoying me is I'm gaining weight... Guess that's increased blood? Tipped 118kg this morning and been eating health - won't go as far as calorie counting, will see what happens over next week or so. TE 3.7 AVE HR 147
