Sat in the sofa about 8pm and measured a resting place HR of 41 which is nice. Did try it a few more times and had one showing a few consecutive beats at 39 :)
So motivated to help that drop into the 30's out I went for the last core session of the week 45min 2r 30min rate 18 @ 70% HRR 146bpm. Started well but then the humidity and lack of fan on me took its toll. But although the pace crept up I stuck to the task. Onwards and upwards.
