Today I needed to cross 17,022m to get the 25 million meters, part of me wanted to do a 60min r24 TT to get it, another part was more sensible especially after a broken night of sleep with the baby lol. So this morning the regular 60r20 70% which was tough due to tiredness and then lunch 4by2k 3r aiming at 1:45.0 split.. I tried.
Still 25 million lifetime meters completed, bearing in mind just after I crossed 20 million in 2015 I ended up with a back operation not to be sniffed at.
