This morning, although I turned the air con on in the gym I noticed about 25 minutes I was getting very hot, so I glanced at the settings on the air con and it had turned off! So just after 30 minutes I hopped off and turned it on again... Cost me but would have cost more to work through the warmth, you can see in the second half the splits reduce as the hr remained.
Then lunchtime another pop at the ctc 6 by 1min 1r all reps from a "standing start". First attempt I had to stop about 40 seconds in to get more vaseline on my butt... Shorts and seams and sweaty rows don't do my skin any favours... But after that it was a case of turning off the brain until the fifth rep when I needed to rein it in a little to ensure I'd get thru the final rep.
