Needed something shortish at lunch time and as I want to work on power endurance I thought back to the good old 1min on 1min off r20 work I'd done previously - on going down the target was 1:35 - that got adjusted - on the second stroke of second rep I saw a 1:23 split which ain't bad at this rate ;o) - #manonamission
