10by250m 40r - bull the last rep

Busy day in work meant skipping lunch to get a report done in time - so left early in order to get something on the erg done - with the time limited and feeling the effects of yesterdays session and the phlegm/chest bug I thought I'd try some 250's - targeting 1:32 and r30 - warm up done I set of - after the 8th I realised I was running short of time (needed to get my daughter from creche) so ramped up the 9th and bulled the 10th
