sprinty stuff

So been doing some kettlebell work (25 min HIIT) in the mornings before work and some sprinty stuff at lunchtime.

Today was probably the best day with 3 by 20 second on 1:20r then 2 by 25 second on 1:20r and finally a 30 seconds piece - Drag 174 and erg weighted down - biggest issue was loosing my seating and having to adjust

All from a "static" flywheel start
