Well up in time to get a 60r20 erg in prior to work - feeling good - always tired - but good :lol: set of with the intention of clipping under 1:50 for the average and managed a lot better in the end - also about 45 minutes in it seems my HR reset itself (see the drop in HR on the Garmin Graph in the link) which meant I could push on more at the end which shows in the splits - lovely jubbly
Last time I did this session I just about sneaked 1:49.9 ;-)
