Well after last nights late night excursion to do the ctc was a little tired and struggled to get up this morning - but I managed it in time to get a 60r20 70% HRR done before I started work :o)
Indoor Rowing on the Concept2 target sub6 on the 2k. World Record holder in the 100km and Irish National Record holder
