life didn't give me an opportunity to row yesterday so this morning I was intending getting up early to row pre work - I did - but not early enough - so half hour early to my desk and therefore set target on a 10k r18 at lunch - couple of niggles from the marathon (ribs tender on lower right - nothing serious & two small cuts on the back of my knees - wore leggings on the marathon and they must have rubbed over time - again nothing serious just something to note)
10k went fine - started hard and backed off to HRR 70% - few issues with the HR reading dropping on the PM, 910xt and the vivofit - job done 1:48.2 - 36:04.7
