early morning - gets the worm
60r23 16,079m - 1:51.9 r23 - HR maxed out at 142 which is about 68% HRR (one spike at 149 - can see more of that here - http://connect.garmin.com/activity/472066424 bit sweaty - two distractions where the right knee and the alarm on the mobile going off at 8am (half way through the row) also needed a drink at about 40min - really makes a difference the thirst
