Managed to record a new low HR last night - twenty past one in the morning actually - was up with the baby - so not exactly "relaxing" :lol: but recorded it was at 34bpm and made sure with a couple more measurements.
Then up this morning at 5:45am - baby teething (I was going to get up at 6 anyway) so gave her some soothing gel and then walked the dogs - got into work with enough time to do a 48min row (finishing just before 8:45 for shower and get to desk for 9) went well apart from forgetting sweat bands for my wrists - which gave me a revelation as to why we have eyebrows - so the sweat doesn't stream straight down the forehead and into your eyes - well not all of it - just enough to remind me to get the sweat bands :lol:
