Not a great morning row, only 40 minutes done of the 60r20 70%, so looked for something fun at lunch and the ctc came to mind, was talking with Jonathan Bone and he was kind enough to lend me his time as a target :) after the warm up I went in aiming at 1:19, counted out 12 strokes and added in a extra one when needed lol
Snapped the brass ferrule on the second rep which went flying off... Bit unnerving for a moment, lost my seating a couple of times but no major issues.
