8by1 min 1min rest, the aim is to hit the same distance on every rep, this is similar to the 6by1 I did in the olden days... lol well 10 years ago, used to be able to get that done in 1:25 ish... today slightly more conservative to get a score on the door, aimed for 313, got 314 on first rep so locked that in, nerve wracking at the end of every minute to see what the total comes out as 😆
