still popping pain killers and anti inflams - I may be the only person who requires assistance to the ergs on Saturday  :lol:

30r18 HRR 70% - late night erg

Get the training in while your competitors are sat watching TV - probably X-Factor - yuck

Just a recovery row to flush through the system - nothing too heavy - 30r18 HRR 146 (70%) bit annoyed I couldn't dip under 1:50 split - but there you go.


Was a bit warm/humid though
